Baguma is a jouranlist and communications expert with over 20 years under his belt in main stream journalism. He is currently the secretary General of the united nations association of Uganda, (UNAU) a non profit, Non-Government organization, duly registered in Uganda. The Association is affiliated to the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA). www.wfuna.org

Baguma is now a serial entrepreneur and co-founder at Uganda Health Communication Alliance (UHCA), RR Relations Co Ltd. Education and mentor for youth who want to start a social entreprise.

Jean is also a manager Shalom Fish Farm Limited were we supply fish fingerlings, offer pond and cage construction services, and market linkages.
He also runs an organisation called Youth in Agriculture Africa which engages in the promotion of agriculture in our generation through providing information online and creating practical opportunities for young people to engage in agribusiness.

Joyce Kyalema is a gender activist and woman entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of JOSMAK International (U) Ltd, a 2013 SEED Winner from Uganda.
Joyce further serves as Executive Director of the Rural Women and Youth Development Organization (RWYDO), an organization she founded to organize vulnerable youth and women in rural areas to find ways of increasing their household income, nutritional status and food security. The initiated projects directly empower women to fully participate in their self -coordinated development for self- reliance and to promote gender equality development programs in their communities.
In November 2014, Joyce Kyalema was recognized and awarded as a rising star woman entrepreneur by the Uganda Women Entrepreneurs Association Limited (UWEAL). One month later, in December 2014, she has been chosen to be publishing on iLearn, a global mobile-learning platform for and by women entrepreneurs. This platform provided by UN Women's Knowledge Gateway for Women's Economic Empowerment has the objective to inspire, motivate and help other women to start and grow their own ventures and provide a learning tool for many women around the world.

Social Entrepreneur, Changemaker, German by blood and Ugandan by heart: Etienne Salborn is the founder of the Social Innovation Academy (SINA), which is turning challenges into social enterprises. Through self-organization and freesponsibility, grown-up orphans, refugees, former street children and other youth become leaders creating jobs and social businesses, which are solving social challenges. Etienne is experienced in Life-Coaching, as well as Startup Mentoring and has done consultancy works with various organizations around the world. He has been passionate about youth empowerment since 2006, when he founded Jangu e.V. a German NGO for the education of Ugandan orphans.

Allan Ananura is an avid ICT technology enthusiast and professional with a keen interest in alleviating youth unemployment through entrepreneurship development and promotion programs. He has five years’ experience in startup acceleration and promotion at the grassroots in Uganda.
His work experience spans a wide range of business development services that include The Uganda Startup Cup. www.uganda.startupcup.com where he cut his teeth in the business development world in 2013, in conducting the annual six-month mentoring, judging and business model competition.
Allan is interested in investing (time/money) in startups as an angel investor, mentor or adviser. His joy is to work with innovative minds.

Proven creative talent with demonstrated strength in producing effective advertising, print, and promotional material. Adept in developing high-performance and dedicated teams to meet challenging corporate objectives. Deep understanding of media relations; accomplished track record of providing live television and radio interviews. Leverage persuasive communication and relationship management talents to achieve consensus across all levels and organizational boundaries.
